What you need to know about your renting process
- ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
Each additional driver will be charged additionaly 3.00 AUD per day.
- AGE
Minimum age required to rent a car is 21. Also, there is a young driver fee for all customers under the age of 25 in the amount of 11.00 AUD per day.
- CLEANING
Fee for cleaning excessively dirty vehicle is 250.00 AUD.
- DEBIT CARDS
Cards must be in renter`s own name. Prepaid cards are not accepted as a form of payment. Debit cards can not be used to rent a Prestige vehicle.
- DIRECTIONS
IF YOU ARE COMING TO BRISBANE DOMESTIC AIRPORT, exit domestic terminal via skywalk following the sings for Bus Zone. Then make your way to the Ground floor of Bus zone and wait in the areas A and B and our shuttle will collect you. IF YOU ARE COMING TO BRISBANE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, exit at Coach Departures door. Follow ramp to main Coach and Shuttle bus area BAYS 3 and 4 where our shuttle will collect you.
- DRIVERS LICENSE
All renters and additional drivers must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver`s license and a major credit or debit card in their name. Driver`s licenses must be in English or accompanied by an International Driving Permit. A passport is required for international renters. Photocopies of Driver`s Licences are not accepted. Learner`s Permits are not accepted.
- EQUIPMENT
Baby Seat Rear Facing, Baby Seat Forward Facing and Booster Seat are available on request upon pick up for the additional price of 20.00 AUD per day. Mobile Phone Holder is available on request upon pick up for the additional price of 3.00 AUD per day. All additional equipment is available according to the availability.
- FUEL
All rental vehicles are to be returned full of fuel unless prepaid fuel has been purchased. Should vehicle not be full on return a refuelling charge of $4.40 per litre will apply.
- INSURANCE
CDW Theft Protection are included in the base rate for all customers. A deductible excess of 3850.00 AUD / 6600.00 AUD applies for damages to or theft of our vehicles. The excess increases to FULL DAMAGE AMOUNT in the case of negligence. The excess can be reduced in case you purchase CDW+ insurance for additional price of 30.00 AUD / 40.00 AUD. Customer is still responsible for all damages on the vehicle. The excess can be reduced to zero if you choose to purchase SCDW insurance for the additional price of 45.00 AUD / 65.00 AUD.
- ONE-WAY
Applicable One Way Fee`s will apply if returning a vehicle to a different location.
- OTHER
Fee for processing damage claims is charged upon drop off in case of new damage on the vehicle in the amount of 350.00 AUD.
- OVERSTAY
There is a 59 minute grace period for daily rentals. If the vehicle is returned later then 1 hour from the time it was rented, additional charges will apply.
- PAYMENT
The following forms of payment are accepted for the rental: Visa and Mastercard Credit and Debit and American Express. Cards must be in the name of the main driver.
- RESERVATION HOLD TIME
If you are more than 60 minutes late to pick up your vehicle without prior notice, the rental location may mark your reservation as a No-Show. We will do our best to accomdate late arrivals subject to availablity.
- RULES
A vehicle that is returned after hours will not be checked in until the next business day. If returned after hours when a branch is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until a satisfactory check-in of the rented vehicle on the next business day.
- SHUTTLE
Thank you for choosing Everything Fleet for your car rental needs. We provide a complimentary airport shuttle bus to and from our Eagle Farm location. Upon your arrival at Brisebane Aiport, please call 131 381 to arrange pickup. The shuttle ride will take about 15 minutes. Follow the airport signs to "Rideshare, Bus" to your left. Continue straight, past NewsTravel and Coffee Club towards the exit doors. Continue stratight to Exit the Terminal Building. Follow the ramp to the left, following the sign for "Shuttles and Coaches". Follow the sidewalk to "Shuttle Buses" sign, cross the Crosswalk to Bays 3 and 4. - SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all our vehicles. Penalty will be charged to the renter locally.
- TOLL ROADS AND FEES
If you drive the vehicle on a Toll Road you will be liable for the relevant Toll Charges as well as a Toll service fee of $2.20 per Toll (including GST). You and Authorised Driver must pay all Tolls, Speeding and Traffic Fines and Infringements as well as any Fines or Charges imposed for parking or using the Vehicle or release of the Vehicle if it has been seized by a regulatory authority. An Administrative Fee of up to $88.00.00 applies if We are required to nominate You as the responsible Driver if any Toll, Fine or Infringement is unpaid

Then veer right passing WHS, exit through the glass sliding doors and turn right. Follow the sings to "Hotel and Off Airport Parking", then on the left side cross one lane at the Crosswalk and turn right towards "Hotel and Off Airport Parking Buses". When you reach brown sign saying "Hotel and Off Airport Buses, keep an eye out for our friendly A1 Airport Parking shuttle bus. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM T2, INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS, after clearing customs, call (03) 93304442 to arrange pickup and then veer right. Continue straight past information booth, veer left towards the exit doors next to Codafone. Exit through the doors, cross one lane only and turn left towards "Hotel and Off Airport Parking buses".Cross one lane only and turn left towards "Hotel and Off Airport Parking Buses". Continue straight for 50 meters and when you reach brown sing saying "Hotel and Off Airport Parking Buses" keep an eye out for our friendly A1 Airport Parking shuttle bus. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM T3, VIRGIN and REX AIRLINES, exit through the glass doors and veer left. After baggage pickup, call (03) 93304442 to arrange pickup. Veering left, exit thorugh glass sliding doors. Once outside, veer left and cross one lane on the crosswalk, and veer left. Continue straight for 50 meters and when you reach brown sing saying "Hotel and Off Airport Buses, keep an eye out for our friendly A1 Airport Parking shuttle bus. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM T4, JETSTAR and TIGER AIRLINES, after baggage pick up, call (03) 93304442 to arrange pickup. Continue towards escalator veering left and take excalator down to ground floor. At the bottom of the escalator, pass the bollards and then turn right. Exit through glass doors and turn left. Follow sings to "Hotel and Off Airport Parking Buses", continue walking pass SkyBus and T3, arround the bend towards the crossway. Cross one lane only and turn left. Reach "Groups and Charters" sign and keep an eye out for our friendly A1 Airport Parking shuttle bus.

CDW Theft Protection are included in the base rate for all customers. A deductible excess of 3850.00 AUD / 6600.00 AUD applies for damages to or theft of our vehicles. The excess increases to FULL DAMAGE AMOUNT in the case of negligence. The excess can be reduced in case you purchase CDW+ insurance for additional price of 30.00 AUD / 40.00 AUD. Customer is still responsible for all damages on the vehicle. The excess can be reduced to zero if you choose to purchase SCDW insurance for the additional price of 45.00 AUD / 65.00 AUD.
- ONE-WAY
Applicable One Way Fee`s will apply if returning a vehicle to a different location.
- OTHER
Fee for processing damage claims is charged upon drop off in case of new damage on the vehicle in the amount of 350.00 AUD.

At the "Shuttles Bays 4 - 11" sign, cross the road and veer right.Walk pass the "Shuttles" sign and past boom gates and shuttle bus will pick you up shortly. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS, after clearing international customs, call (02) 83388888, then follow the signs to Domestic Transfer, Buses and Trains. Veer right, continue following the signs to Domestic Transfer and Buses, through to the sidewalk. Exit Arrivals Terminal and continue along the sidewalk past Coaches and Shuttle signs. Reach Mini Bus Sign and Bay 22 (opp Rydges Hotel) and shuttle will pick you up shortly.
